Healthy Lifestyles Director
The Santa Monica Family YMCA is seeking a mission oriented, organized, motivated, and goal-oriented team player to assume responsibility for the development and supervision, management, expansion and evaluation of adult and youth Healthy Lifestyles programs and staffing.
Must be proficient in teaching group exercise classes including step and low-impact aerobics, Pilates, and cycling. Bachelor degree in Physical Education or related field is preferred: entry level or 2 years successful supervision, management, and program experience. Excellent communication and computer skills. Ability to supervise staff, recruit volunteers and to develop and maintain relationships with members, staff and volunteers. CPR/First Aid/AED certified.
