Aging, Posture and Balance
This workshop involves a unique exploration of movement, focusing on the feeling of how parts of your body relate to each other as well as to your environment.  In this manner, you sift out unnecessary muscular tension that has been diminishing your strength and flexibility, distorting your posture, draining your vitality, and possibly causing pain and injuries.  As a result, you begin to live with more power, grace, and vitality than you imagined possible—all while using less effort!
